Interchange Australia: Quality Service Providers – By Interchange Australia Quality Consultant, Edwiena Deep
The quality of service providers can be determined by many different elements from the appearance of facilities and personnel, the ability to perform the service, willingness to help, having fully trained and trustworthy staff, delivering the service efficiently, receiving positive feedback and review ratings, providing current and useful information by different means of media and being knowledgeable in relation to the services they deliver.
At Interchange Australia, we have over 30 years’ experience in providing community, in-home and centre-based care for people with disability, the frail-aged and their carers through a wide range of services including personal care, social support, individual and group based activities and coordination of supports to name a few. Our strong principals and knowledge have enabled us to build a strong rapport and a reputation with our clients, their carers, referrers and other service providers, and ensures we deliver the services in a professional and ethical manner in which we are constantly receiving positive feedback and recognition for.
Interchange Australia is a registered NDIS Provider, accredited in NSW Disability Standards and Home Care Standards and registered through the NSW Office of Children’s Guardian for Voluntary Out-of-home Care services. We are constantly responding to external audits and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and ongoing improvements. All Interchange staff require a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check, are fully trained and are provided and encouraged to attend regular ongoing training.
Locally we have been nominated as a finalist in the Not-For-Profit category of the Southern Highlands Local Business Awards, winning the category in both 2015 and 2016. We pride ourselves on our exceptional reputation and professional service delivery and will continue to deliver these services in this manner to our community.
Selecting a service provider for yourself or a loved one is a very important decision. With Interchange Australia’s demonstrated commitment to service excellence and our team of experienced and friendly staff, you will always have peace of mind.
