Choosing Your NDIS Provider – By Interchange Australia Consultant, Amber Hall
The introduction of the NDIS means that you can choose your service provider to provide the supports detailed in your NDIS plan. We are privileged to assist our clients as they transition into the NDIS and also welcome registered NDIS participants wanting to purchase services.
Interchange Australia is an approved provider of supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme across NSW. The NDIS provides eligible people under 65 years of age with funding to purchase support services, therapies and equipment from approved providers. The supports Interchange Australia provides include and not limited to:
• Accommodation/Tenancy assistance
• Assistance in coordinating and managing life stages, transitions and supports
• Assistance to integrate into school or other educational program
• Assistance with daily life tasks, including in a group, centre or shared living arrangement
• Assistance with daily personal activities, including for participants with high support needs
• Household tasks
• Participation in community, social and civic activities
• Support Coordination
Interchange Australia also provides a range of non-subsidised services, including Navigation and Service Assistance.
